One of the most popular jobs in the equestrian world is that of a groom, it is often considered a thankless profession but it certainly has it plus points. Their job is to provide food and water for the horses, change their beddings, clean all equipment, gears, and the stables, watch for any change in the horses and administer any treatment according to the vet. This is a person who looks after the horses each day and ensures that they are in good condition and healthy. The person should have a genuine interest in horse welfare so as to be able to do work amongst them and at the stables, if this is you then here are a fw good reason to consider a career as a groom.

You are the only one who gets to spend more time with them, unlike other people who may be having specific schedules when to handle the horses.
